Reckoned for his contribution to historical dramas, Rajat Tokas is a Delhi-based actor marking his presence in the Indian film industry. 

Age and Height 

Born on 19 July 1991, Rajat is presently 27 years old (as of 2018). He was born in Munirka in Delhi and is 5 feet and 6 inches tall.


Rajat Tokas is married to the love of his life Shrishti Nayyar. She is a theatre actor. 


Ramvir and Pramila are the parents of Rajat Tokas. It is unclear whether he has any sibling or not.


Rajat accomplished his schooling education from Hope Hall Foundation School in Delhi. 

Bongo was the first television debut of Rajat Tokas. Lighthouse for children, Tarang, Jadui Chirag, and Ye Hawayen were the other projects he worked on. In 2005, Rajat Tokas accompanied his father to Mumbai. He then stepped in the role of Sai Baba’s brother. 

He enacted the role of Prithviraj Chauhan in his younger days. This role was for the television serial Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan. In 2008, he was sworn in as Veer (Dharam Veer). In 2010-2011, Rajat Tokas was shortlisted to star in a parallel lead role in the production of Balaji Telefilms titled as Tere Liye. Bandhini and Fear Files were his next projects. 

In 2013, Rajat was a part of Jodha Akbar. Here, he featured in the role of Jalaluddin Mohammad Akbar. In 2016, he received an offer to execute a negative role in a fantasy drama aired on a Colors television channel. 


Once, there were protests from The Akhil Bharatiya Kshatriya Mahasabha against his television serial titled Jodha Akbar. 


Rajat Tokas prefers to have Chinese cuisines over anything. Hrithik Roshan, Rani Mukherjee, Kajol and Amitabh Bachchan are some of his favourite faces from Bollywood. 

Bunty Aur Babli stands as one of his all-time favourite movies. Red and blue are the colours that soothe his eyes and he loves to explore Goa and Paris to wind off his relaxing period. 


Rajat Tokas has bagged in a lot of recognition under his Wall of Fame. He was titled as the Best Actor in Lead Role, Best Child Artist, and Dharti Ka Sitara under 7th Indian Television Academy Awards. He was even crowned for being the favourite Chhota Bachcha and Favorite Yogya Jodi under Star Parivaar Awards in the year 2007. Most Popular New Face, Favorite Nayi Jodi, and Best Pati were some of those awards that he bagged in later. 


Rajat Tokas’s initial dream was to emerge as a successful director. 
Being shy by nature, Rajat Tokas prefers to have only a few friends.
