He has choreographed a number of movies and has also been a judge in many reality dance shows including Dance India Dance Season 4, Season 5 and Season 6.  Khan was one of the mentor and judges in this show. Additionally, he has also been a judge in Dance India Dance little champs Season 3.

He has also been a choreographer for numerous Bollywood movies like Dilwale (Humka Peeni Hai) in the year 2010, Bodyguard for the song Desi Beat in 2011, Ready for the song Dhinka Chika & Character Dheela Hai in 2011, Dabangg 2 for the song Pandey Ji Seeti in the year 2012, Fugly for the song Fugly in the year 2014, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo for the song Prem Leela in 2015 and for the movie Mastizaade in the song Mera Rom Rom Romantic for the year 2016.

Trivia

Mudassar Khan’s journey to success is no less than a miracle as he hailed from a low-income family and used to live in the slums in Mumbai before he made it big. It was Salman Khan who saw him performing in a dance group and gave him the chance to choreograph one of his songs. 
Mudassar Khan believes Salman Khan to be his Godfather since it was Salman who gave him the big break in the Bollywood and Mudassar has not looked back ever since.
